Terms of Service

1. Who we are

adleader ("we", "us") is operated by JD ecommerce, Australia. By creating an account or using adleader you agree to these terms.

2. The service

adleader uses AI to draft copy and creatives for paid, sponsored LinkedIn feed ads based on proven frameworks. You copy the output into LinkedIn Campaign Manager yourself. adleader does not send emails, direct messages or InMails, does not connect to any inbox, does not collect or provide contact lists, and does not facilitate unsolicited outbound marketing of any kind. adleader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: 2 ad generations.
• Pro: US$29/month or US$288/year, 30 ad generations per month.
• Agency: US$79/month or US$780/year, unlimited ad generations.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and customer service enquiries about payments. Unused generations do not roll over.

4. Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge or credit. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the ads generated for you, and may use them commercially. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing ads before publishing and for making sure they follow LinkedIn's advertising policies and applicable law. Never publish claims or results you cannot back up.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use adleader to create misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or infringing content, to create spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to break or overload the service, resell access, or share accounts beyond your plan.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or on this page.
