1. Who we are

adleader is operated by JD ecommerce, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in information.
• What you enter: product descriptions, target buyers and other inputs.
• Generated ads you save in your Dashboard.
• Subscription status (plan, renewal dates). Card details are handled by Paddle and never stored by us.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and usage logs.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, generate your ads, manage your plan and usage limits, provide support and send important account emails. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

Your inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate your ads. They are not used by us to train models.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run adleader: hosting and database, AI model providers, and Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record for payments). Some providers may process data outside Australia.

6. Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and track free usage. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing us. Deleting an account removes your saved ads.
